• Requires the Department of Food and Agriculture to establish a toll-free (not regular) telephone hotline staffed by public health personnel when conducting urban aerial pesticide applications or communitywide ground pesticide applications for pest eradication.

• Mandates that public health personnel answering the hotline enter all health complaints into a database, encourage physician consultation, and offer claim report forms to callers reporting adverse health consequences.

• Requires notices distributed for pest eradication projects in urban areas to include a toll-free telephone hotline number, the purpose of that number, and the address of public health personnel familiar with the eradication program.

• Specifies that notices must contain information about proposed pesticide application dates/times, pesticides to be used, health and safety precautions, and active ingredients and inert materials of pesticides (as permitted by law).
