Mandates the bill of rights be a standardized form developed by the Department of Insurance presenting easy-to-read facts for auto insurance consumers

Requires the bill of rights to include minimum information on shop selection rights, parts types (new original, new aftermarket, and used), towing and rental coverage, and fraud reporting procedures

Directs the Department of Insurance to consult with the Bureau of Automotive Repair when determining bill of rights content
