Consolidate filing requirements so that statewide elected officers, legislators, judges, and candidates for these offices file campaign statements with the Secretary of State online or electronically instead of filing with multiple local and state offices.

Eliminate separate filing copies with local elections officials for statements related to state elective offices, except for candidates running for both local and state office who must file local measure statements locally.

Require lobbying firms and lobbyist employers to file registration statements and amendments both online or electronically and in paper format with the Secretary of State.
