Defines "linked learning programs" as multiyear comprehensive high school programs integrating academic and technical study organized around themes, interest areas, or industry sectors, including California partnership academies.

Authorizes the Commission on Teacher Credentialing to convene a workgroup to develop standards for issuing a "recognition of study in linked learning" credential addition for single subject teachers teaching in linked learning programs.

Requires workgroup membership include representatives from the Department of Education, teacher preparation programs (CSU, UC, and independent institutions), business community, school districts, regional occupational centers, and career technical education teachers.

Specifies that teachers earning linked learning recognition must demonstrate knowledge of industry partnerships, work-based learning, project-based teaching methods, and California Career Technical Education Model Curriculum Standards.

Authorizes the Commission to work with the Superintendent of Public Instruction to gather and post best practices on curriculum and professional development for implementing multiple pathway programs on a public Internet website.
