• Modifies service of notice requirements for unlawful detainer proceedings affecting commercial tenants, defined as persons or entities renting non-residential property that is not a dwelling unit or mobilehome

• Allows service on commercial tenants by personal delivery, leaving notice with a suitable person at the property with mailed copy, or posting notice conspicuously on the property with mailed copy
