Extends the sunset date for the Acupuncture Licensure Act provisions from January 1, 2011 to January 1, 2017, allowing continued licensure and regulation of acupuncture practitioners by the Acupuncture Board.

Amends Section 4928 of the Business and Professions Code to delay the repeal of the Acupuncture Board until January 1, 2017, unless a later statute deletes or extends that date.

Amends Section 4934 of the Business and Professions Code to extend the board's authority to employ personnel and appoint an executive officer until January 1, 2017.

Removes previous legislative intent language regarding property insurance policies and religious observance properties that was struck from the bill.
