Repeals requirement for Chancellor of California Community Colleges and Superintendent of Public Instruction to convene a working group to review adult education and noncredit instruction data systems.

Changes deadline for Chancellor's report on high school pupils enrolled in community college summer sessions from November 1 to March 1 of each year, and allows this report to be consolidated with another specified report.

Authorizes consolidation of information from the high school summer session report with the Chancellor's existing report on full-time equivalent students claimed by community college districts.

Changes due date for Chancellor's annual report on career development and college preparation courses eligible for apportionment funding from May 1 to July 1 of each year.
