Monetary penalties capped at $250 per day of suspension stayed, with a maximum of $10,000 per disciplinary decision.

Applies to licensed persons involved in fireworks sales/use and servicers of portable fire extinguishers and automatic extinguisher systems.

All monetary penalties collected must be deposited into the State Fire Marshal Licensing and Certification Fund.

Requires the State Fire Marshal to publish annual public data by March 1st showing the percentage of enforcement actions resulting in license suspension versus monetary penalty assessments.
