Requires wine labeled with American Viticultural Areas located entirely within a 19th class county to display "Sonoma County" on the label in type size not smaller than 2 millimeters (containers over 187ml) or 1 millimeter (containers 187ml or less)

Applies to wines bottled on or after January 1, 2014

Exempts wines already labeled with appellation names that include the term "Sonoma County"

Authorizes the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to suspend or revoke licenses of violators

Violation constitutes a misdemeanor under the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act; no state reimbursement required for local enforcement costs
