Extends provisions requiring provider payment rates in five health programs (California Children's Services, Genetically Handicapped Person's Program, Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection, State-Only Family Planning, and Family PACT) to match Medi-Cal rates until January 1, 2014

Maintains hospital inpatient rates at 90 percent of Medi-Cal hospital interim rates of payment, with protections against further reductions enacted before or after the 2007-08 Regular Session

Allows the director to identify additional programs in regulations where providers receive Medi-Cal-equivalent payment rates

Permits services under these programs to be reimbursed at rates above Medi-Cal rates if adopted by the director in regulations

Repeals this section on January 1, 2014, unless a later statute extends or deletes that date before that date
