Authorizes Vallejo City Unified School District to sell district-owned property from June 1, 2004, to June 30, 2015, and use proceeds to reduce or retire a $60,000,000 emergency loan from the General Fund.

Exempts property sales under this provision from standard restrictions on school property disposals (Sections 17459 and 17464 of Education Code).

Prohibits Vallejo City Unified School District from receiving hardship assistance under Article 8 of Chapter 12.5 during the same June 1, 2004 to June 30, 2015 period.

Codifies this authorization in Education Code Section 41344.6 and repeals the previous statutory authority from Chapter 53 of the Statutes of 2004.
