Amends Section 25660 of the Business and Professions Code to simplify requirements for military identification as proof of age for purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Military identification cards that include date of birth and a photo now constitute valid proof of age under all circumstances, eliminating the previous conditional language.

Removes the requirement that military identification cards must contain a physical description of the cardholder to serve as bona fide evidence of age.

Provides licensees with a legal defense against criminal prosecution and license suspension or revocation when they verify age using valid military identification with date of birth and photo.
