Establishes the Ronald Reagan Centennial Commission to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Ronald Reagan's birth as the 40th President of the United States and 33rd Governor of California

Commission composed of nine members: four legislative leaders (President pro Tempore of Senate, Senate Minority Leader, Speaker of Assembly, Assembly Minority Leader or designees), one member appointed by the Governor, and four members appointed by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation

Commission tasked with recommending appropriate means for Californians to honor, promote, and remember Ronald Reagan's achievements for the state and country

Prohibits the commission from using public funds and requires it to be solely supported by private funds

Commission automatically repeals on January 1, 2012, unless extended by subsequent legislation enacted before that date
