Establishes that failure to pay the renewal fee within 60 days after the birth month deadline results in automatic license forfeiture, requiring payment of double the annual renewal fee ($500) plus a reapplication to restore the license

Makes an appropriation to the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners' Fund by increasing deposited renewal fees
