Revises the California Residential Property Insurance Disclosure effective July 1, 2011, to simplify and rearrange descriptions of coverage types and include additional information about insurance limits.

Simplifies the California Residential Property Insurance Bill of Rights by condensing content, removing consumer education tips, and focusing on information consumers are entitled to receive from insurance companies.

Adds requirement that insurers must offer earthquake coverage quotes to eligible consumers as part of the Bill of Rights.

Maintains existing requirements that disclosures be provided in at least 10-point type before or concurrent with policy applications, with signature acknowledgment within 60 days.

Requires all California insurers licensed to sell residential property insurance to distribute the updated Bill of Rights with every residential property insurance disclosure.
