Makes it unlawful for floral and ornamental product/service providers to misrepresent their business location by listing a local telephone number without identifying their true physical address including city

Prohibits listing a fictitious or assumed business name that misrepresents geographic location unless the advertisement or listing includes the true physical address with city and state

Defines "floral or ornamental products or services" to include floral arrangements, cut flowers, bouquets, potted plants, balloons, and related products and services

Creates no obligations or duties on persons other than floral and ornamental product/service vendors or providers

Violation of these provisions constitutes a crime with no state reimbursement required to local agencies for enforcement costs
