Expands the definition of "hospital pharmacy" to include pharmacies located outside the hospital within a 100-mile radius on the same or separate premises, regulated under the hospital's license.

Requires all unit-dose medications produced by hospital pharmacies under common ownership to be barcoded for readability at the patient's bedside.

Allows hospital pharmacies to prepare and store limited quantities of unit-dose medications in advance of patient-specific prescriptions based on documented prescription history for identified patient populations.

Modifies the definition of "manufacturer" to exclude pharmacies compounding or repackaging drugs for parenteral or oral therapy in hospitals for delivery to other pharmacies or hospitals under common ownership, with required notification to the Board of Pharmacy within 30 days.
