Mandates disclosure of cost of attendance, NCAA-prohibited scholarship expenses, summer school scholarship policies, and average monthly scholarship payments for on-campus and off-campus student athletes.

Requires institutions to explain NCAA rules on verbal commitments, National Letter of Intent binding agreements, and associated eligibility penalties for prospective student athletes.

Mandates disclosure of athletic scholarship renewal policies, including circumstances for nonrenewal due to injury, coaching changes, or athletic performance below expectations.

Requires disclosure of policies on athletically related medical expenses, including coverage for deductibles, copays, second opinions, insurance premiums, and post-eligibility medical care duration.
