Specifies that designation of a person authorized to direct disposition (PADD) on U.S. Department of Defense Form DD 93 is sufficient to establish an agent with the right and duty of disposition for deceased members of the Armed Forces.

Applies to decedents who died while on active duty in any branch or component of the United States Armed Forces as defined by federal law (Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 1481).

References the DD Form 93 as it exists on December 31, 2010, or any successor form approved by the State Registrar.

Maintains existing law establishing the order of succession for controlling disposition of remains, with this provision applying specifically to the first priority agent under a power of attorney for health care.
