Appropriates $30,000,000 from the Indian Gaming Special Distribution Fund to restore funding deleted from the 2007 Budget Act for grants to local government agencies impacted by tribal gaming.

Requires distribution of appropriations to local agencies to follow the method used in the 2006-07 fiscal year, based on payments made to the Indian Gaming Special Distribution Fund during that year.

References Section 12715 of the Government Code as the governing provision for distributing grants to local government agencies.

Repeals existing Section 12012.90 of the Government Code, which contained provisions for backfilling the Indian Gaming Revenue Sharing Trust Fund and making payments to noncompact tribes.
