Requires persons 18 years of age or older who provide child care or supervision in ancillary day care centers to register as trustline providers, effective January 1, 2011.

Allows persons under 18 years of age to be employed in ancillary day care centers without trustline registration requirements.

Makes persons ineligible for child care employment in ancillary day care centers if they are denied trustline registration or have their registration revoked.

Permits employees and prospective employees to continue working in child care positions pending the department's review of their trustline application and any appeals.

Caps trustline application fees for ancillary day care providers at an amount equal to the total cost required by the department to process applications and maintain the registry.
