Requires the Department of Justice to make arson offender registration statements, fingerprints, and photographs available to all chief fire officials of legally organized fire departments or fire protection districts statewide.

Expands information sharing requirements to include fire officials in pre-release notifications when arsonists are discharged or paroled, and when probationers are released.

Maintains existing arson registration requirements for convicted arsonists, including lifetime registration for those convicted on or after November 30, 1994, and specified periods for juvenile offenders and those convicted between 1985-1994.

Clarifies that registration information forwarded to the Department of Justice must be electronically transmitted within three days and made accessible to fire officials.

Preserves existing restrictions on public inspection of registration materials while creating carve-out for fire department officials to access arsonist registration data.
