Defers the 2011-12 fiscal year adjustment for Meals for Needy Pupils programs funding until the 2013-14 fiscal year for school district revenue limit calculations.

Extends the authorization for school districts to adjust revenue limits to reflect Meals for Needy Pupils program funding from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2013.

Modifies the Superintendent of Public Instruction's computation of add-on funding for school districts to account for the deferred meals program adjustment in the 2013-14 fiscal year.

Repeals Section 42241.2 on July 1, 2013, unless extended by subsequent legislation enacted before January 1, 2014.
