Maintains existing annual verification fees on generators, transporters, and facility operators with 50+ employees, ranging from $150 to $250 depending on employee count, with a $5,000 annual cap per entity.

Requires entities with hazardous waste identification numbers to biennially (or annually if new issuances exceed 20%) verify and provide information including business details, owner information, employee count, waste types, and waste codes.

Suspends identification numbers of generators, transporters, and facility operators who fail to comply with certification requirements or provide required information to verify hazardous waste activity data.

Establishes that reactivation of suspended identification numbers shall be available through a method involving wireless communication devices, as determined by the department.
