Each state agency must post all audits of its operations finalized between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2010 to the state's Reporting Transparency in Government website by February 15, 2011, and post new audit results within 15 days of completion starting January 1, 2011.

State agencies must post all contracts valued at $5,000 or more entered into between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2010 by February 15, 2011, and post new contracts within 15 days of signing by all parties starting January 1, 2011.

The Department of General Services and Chief Information Officer must post specified information for each contract entered into, renewed, or amended by any state entity starting January 1, 2011, including contractor name, organizational type, contract purpose, total value, and fund allocation.

The office of the Governor must post all statements of economic interest and travel and expense reports for its staff, agency secretaries, department heads, and officials under the Governor's direct supervision to the transparency website.

Information that is confidential by court order, attorney-client privilege, work product exception, or that would jeopardize safety or ongoing investigations may be withheld with a "CPRA exemption claimed" notation.
