Authorizes the Director of Employment Development to release employment tax information to the State Board of Equalization to assist in administration of tax programs.

Limits released information to employment tax data essential for tax administration purposes, to the extent permitted by federal law and regulations.

Adds this authorization as subdivision (t) to Section 1095 of the Unemployment Insurance Code, establishing a new permissible use of unemployment insurance information.

Allows reimbursement of direct costs incurred by the Employment Development Department in providing the requested information.
