Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to submit annual reports to the Legislature by December 31 of each year on the status of an advisory board established under AB 2172 of the 2009-10 Regular Session until December 31, 2015

Establishes legislative findings that multiple pathway programs (offering integrated academic and technical curricula, work-based learning, and student support services) are effective for closing the achievement gap and increasing high school graduation rates

References Assembly Bill 2648 which previously required the Superintendent to develop a feasibility report on expanding career multiple pathway programs in California

Reports must comply with Government Code Section 9795 requirements for legislative reporting

This section of the Education Code automatically repeals on December 31, 2015 pursuant to Government Code Section 10231.5
