• Prohibits manufacturers and distributors of motorsports vehicles from unfairly discriminating in favor of certain motorsports dealers, including offering different prices, allocation formulas, financing, or delivery terms.

• Restricts manufacturers and distributors from requiring motorsports dealers to maintain vehicle inventory exceeding a 60-day supply based on the dealer's preceding 90-day sales rate.

• Defines "motorsports vehicle" to include motorcycles, motor-driven cycles, motorized scooters, motorized bicycles, all-terrain vehicles, and snowmobiles.

• Defines "motorsports dealer" as a licensed person selling more than one type of motorsports vehicle manufactured by the same company or its subsidiary.

• Creates misdemeanor violations for these new prohibitions with no state reimbursement required to local agencies.
