Annually appropriates $45,600,000 in revenue from T-Ridge Project oil and gas reserves for firefighting purposes.

Allocates $30,750,000 to the State Assistance for Fire Equipment Account for purchase of fire engines, water tenders, heavy rescue vehicles, Urban Search and Rescue equipment, and rescue apparatus for local agencies.

Appropriates $3,300,000 annually to Department of Forestry and Fire Protection for vegetation management, defensible space projects, and wildfire restoration grants.

Allocates $10,250,000 annually to Department of Forestry and Fire Protection for purchasing and replacing fire engines, bulldozers, transports, and Urban Search and Rescue equipment.

Appropriates $1,000,000 to State Fire Training for firefighter training courses and $300,000 to California Volunteers for recruitment and retention programs in rural communities with populations of 20,000 or fewer residents.
