Expands existing Family Code provisions to include spouses convicted of soliciting the murder of the other spouse, in addition to those convicted of attempted murder.

Entitles the injured spouse to 100 percent of the community property interest in the convicted spouse's retirement and pension benefits.

Prohibits any temporary or permanent spousal support or medical, life, or other insurance benefits from being awarded to the convicted spouse.

Defines "injured spouse" as the spouse who was the subject of the attempted murder or solicitation of murder, regardless of whether actual physical injury occurred.
