Authorizes the Legislature to propose amendments to constitutional provisions that were added or amended through the initiative process on or after this measure's effective date by majority vote in each house (instead of requiring a 2/3 vote)

Provides an alternative procedure to the existing 2/3 vote requirement, allowing amendments to initiative-created constitutional provisions to be proposed as bills enacted into law

Applies only to constitutional provisions added or amended through the initiative process, not to the broader constitution

Requires voter approval of any proposed amendment under either procedure (2/3 vote or majority vote)

Effective immediately upon voter approval of this constitutional amendment measure
