Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signage for this special designation

Requires the Department of Transportation to erect signs at eastbound and westbound Vermont Avenue exits on State Highway Route 10 only after receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the cost and confirming compliance with Streets and Highways Code Section 101.12

Acknowledges Los Angeles's El Salvadoran population of over 500,000 residents, with a large majority residing in the Pico Union area
