Designates the Keller Avenue Bridge crossing State Highway Route 580 in Oakland as the Sergeant Mark Dunakin, Sergeant Ervin Romans, and Officer John Hege Memorial Bridge

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate memorial signs consistent with state highway system requirements

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to erect the signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs

Honors three Oakland Police Department officers killed on March 21, 2009: Sergeant Dunakin (18 years service), Sergeant Romans (13 years service), and Officer Hege (10 years service)
