Advocates for industry-specific protections including fair wages, overtime protections, meal and rest breaks, workers' compensation coverage, safe working conditions, and collective bargaining rights.

Identifies domestic workers—predominantly women of color and immigrants—as vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, low wages, long hours without benefits, and unsafe living and working conditions.

Requests Legislature recognition that domestic workers deserve basic workplace rights and protections that respect their dignity and equality.
