Designates the State Highway Route 180 interchange at Temperance Avenue in the City of Fresno as the Ernest N. Mobley Memorial Interchange.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the cost.

Honors Ernest N. Mobley, who served in the California Assembly from 1966 through 1976 representing portions of Madera, Fresno, and Tulare Counties, with focus on agriculture and water issues.

Recognizes Mobley's military service as a World War II veteran, including five major European campaigns and awards including the Silver Star, Bronze Star with two Oak Leaf Clusters, and Purple Heart.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of this resolution to the Department of Transportation and the author for appropriate distribution.
