Designates a portion of State Highway Route 60 in Los Angeles County between Atlantic Boulevard in Monterey Park and the city limit of Rosemeld as the Roberto "Bobby" Salcedo Memorial Highway

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate signs for this special designation and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover costs

Honors Roberto "Bobby" Salcedo, a victim of a killing spree on December 31, 2009, in Mexico who was an educator and education administrator in the El Monte High School District

Recognizes Salcedo's career achievements including teaching in the Social Sciences Department, serving as Assistant Principal for Instruction, and pursuing a doctorate degree at UCLA at the time of his death

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution to the Department of Transportation and the author
