Requests the U.S. President and Congress pass S. 1337 and H.R. 2412 to exempt children of certain Filipino World War II veterans from numerical limitations on immigrant visas to allow family reunification

Acknowledges Filipino World War II veterans' service in the Armed Forces, including those who participated in the Bataan Death March and anti-Japanese guerrilla units

Notes that Filipino World War II veterans were initially denied veterans benefits by Congress and had limited access to Department of Veterans Affairs benefits until the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 authorized payments to them

Recognizes that many Filipino World War II veterans, now in their 80s and 90s, have filed visa petitions for their children who remain on waiting lists unable to reunite with their aging parents

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Vice President, Speaker of the House, Senate Majority Leader, and all California members of Congress
