Memorializes Congress and the President to uphold legal protections for women's equality and encourage Americans to celebrate Women's Equality Day on August 26, 2010, marking the 90th anniversary of the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Requests that Congress and the President dedicate themselves to upholding current legal protections of equality for women and pioneer new protections until women achieve parity with men.

Acknowledges the 1848 Women's Rights Convention in Seneca Falls, New York, and the 72-year struggle that culminated in the Nineteenth Amendment's ratification on August 26, 1920, securing women's right to vote.

Identifies ongoing gender inequalities, including women earning 77 cents per dollar earned by men, disproportionate poverty rates, higher domestic violence victimization rates, and disparities in athletic participation and funding.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution to the President of the United States and all Members of Congress.
