Authorizes dealers to post true and exact copies of vehicle salesperson licenses instead of originals at each location where salespersons work, and requires dealers to destroy all copies when employment terminates.

Allows the DMV director to order return of dealer bond deposits after 5 years if the dealer has maintained a bond and there are no outstanding claims, in addition to existing 3-year return provisions.

Modifies credit score disclosure requirements for dealers to provide 10-point type information on a separate document including each credit score obtained, credit score ranges, distribution comparisons, and consumer rights, with optional use of specified federal model forms deemed compliant.

Prohibits salespersons from concurrently working for more than one licensed dealer unless all dealers have common controlling ownership (defined as more than 50 percent ownership held by the same person or persons).

Expands existing crime provisions by requiring dealers to display salesperson licenses or exact copies at each work location and to destroy all copies upon employment termination.
