Amends Section 799.1 of the Civil Code to extend Mobilehome Residency Law protections to members of nonprofit mutual benefit corporations who operate mobilehome parks.

Applies Articles 1-8 of the Mobilehome Residency Law to residents with rental agreements in nonprofit-operated parks where no recorded condominium plan, tract map, parcel map, or declaration exists.

Establishes that nonprofit mutual benefit corporations must be established under Section 11010.8 of the Business and Professions Code with park residents as members.

Exempts nonprofit resident-owned mobilehome parks from previous provisions that only applied these protections to residents without ownership interests in the park.
