Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide family members of veterans returning from active duty with user-friendly Internet resources containing information about conflict-related ailments including Agent Orange exposure and PTSD (Vietnam War), depleted uranium and Gulf War Syndrome (Operation Desert Shield/Storm), and traumatic brain injury and PTSD (Operation Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom)

Mandates Internet resources include links to appropriate agencies and persons that can assist family members in addressing issues related to the specified ailments

Requires the department to make printed material about these ailments available at all public department functions

Directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to update its website to prominently display a link to the Network of Care for Veterans and Service Members site, an online educational tool for municipal employees and community-based organizations
