Requires employers to post a notice in a conspicuous location frequented by employees informing workers about slavery and human trafficking protections under U.S. and California law.

Notice must include contact information for the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (1-888-373-7888) and California Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (1-888-539-2373).

Specifies that hotlines are available 24/7, operated by nonprofit organizations, anonymous and confidential, accessible in over 160 languages, and able to provide help and referrals to services.

Directs the Labor Commissioner to determine which languages the notice must be provided in and to make it available on the Department of Industrial Relations website or through other appropriate means.

Assigns enforcement of the posting requirement to the Labor Commissioner.
