Adds Section 502.10 to the Penal Code establishing mandatory fines for repeat theft of agricultural commodities or equipment

Requires a mandatory fine of $5,000 upon a second felony conviction for theft of agricultural commodities or equipment, in addition to other penalties

Requires a mandatory fine of $10,000 upon a third felony conviction for theft of agricultural commodities or equipment, in addition to other penalties

Defines "agricultural commodity" to include fruits, nuts, crops, apiary, livestock, and poultry

Defines "agricultural equipment" to include implements of husbandry, farm trailers, bale wagons, cotton module movers, and trap wagons used in agricultural production
