Requires the Employment Development Department to develop and implement an outreach plan to inform employers about the shared work unemployment insurance program.

Outreach plan must target statewide and local chambers of commerce, employer advisory councils, and small business advisory councils.

Applies to the existing shared work program established in Section 1279.5, which allows reduced unemployment benefits for employees participating in approved employer plans.
