Extends until January 1, 2014 the provision allowing termination of child support to constitute a change of circumstances for modifying spousal support orders

Requires any motion to modify spousal support based on child support termination be filed within 6 months of the child support order's termination date

Allows either party to request appointment of a vocational training counselor if a motion to modify spousal support is filed under this provision

Excludes from modification consideration cases where marital settlement agreements or judgments contain provisions addressing what occurs when child support terminates, where spousal support is nonmodifiable or waived, or where court jurisdiction over spousal support was previously terminated
