Expands mandatory reporting requirement to include crimes where victim is under 18 years of age (previously limited to victims under 14)

Adds sodomy, oral copulation, sexual penetration, and rape in concert to list of crimes that must be reported when accomplished by force, violence, duress, menace, or fear of bodily injury

Violation of reporting requirement is punishable as misdemeanor with up to $1,500 fine and/or 6 months county jail, or as infraction with $250 fine

Exempts from reporting requirement: crime victims, relatives of victim or offender, those acting on reasonable mistake of fact, those with reasonable fear for safety, and children under 12 years of age

No state reimbursement required as bill changes definition of existing crime
