Extends the deadline for the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement to commence collection actions for civil penalties and fees from one year to three years after the penalty or fee becomes final.

Applies only to penalty assessments or fees that became final on or after the bill's effective date.

Defines "commence an action" as filing a request for entry of judgment on a civil penalty or fee with the clerk of the superior court.

Requires the court clerk to enter judgment immediately upon commencement of a collection action.
