Requires health care service plans and health insurance policies providing cancer chemotherapy coverage to cover prescribed, orally administered nongeneric cancer medications effective January 1, 2011.

Mandates plans and insurers apply the lower cost-sharing percentage between oral and intravenous/injected nongeneric cancer medications to oral medications.

Prohibits cost-sharing increases for nongeneric cancer medications from exceeding increases applied to other nongeneric covered medications.

Exempts plans and policies that do not provide prescription drug coverage and those purchased by the Public Employees' Retirement System Board of Administration.

Sunsets all provisions on January 1, 2015, unless extended by later enacted statute.
