Continues the California Task Force on Youth and Workplace Wellness to promote fitness and health in the Legislature, schools, and workplaces.

Task force shall have 20 voting members comprised of legislators appointed by the Speaker of the Assembly and Senate Committee on Rules, plus experts in education, industry/business, health, and fitness, plus two youth representatives aged 15-19.

Task force shall meet twice yearly, maintain a website with wellness resources and successful program examples, generate media attention on wellness issues, and submit a report to the Legislature by June 30, 2012.

Task force is authorized to accept private funds and in-kind donations to cover staff, administrative, meeting, and publication expenses, with members serving on a volunteer basis without salary or travel reimbursement.

Task force shall cease to exist on July 1, 2014, unless extended by a later enacted resolution.
