Amends the definition of "food facility" under the California Retail Food Code to add a new exemption for beer tasting premises operated by beer manufacturers.

Exempts premises set aside for beer tasting by beer manufacturers (including holders of beer manufacturer's licenses, out-of-state beer manufacturer's certificates, or beer and wine importer's general licenses) from food facility regulations if they comply with Section 118375.

Restricts exempt beer tasting premises to offering only beer and prepackaged nonpotentially hazardous beverages for onsite consumption, with only crackers or pretzels allowed as food.

Creates parity with existing wine tasting exemption by allowing beer tasting premises to charge for tastings without triggering food facility regulations.
